  • All original packaging, boxes, and dust bags must be included

  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Products must be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Worn or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased with promotional codes or special offers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned after the specified return period

How to Return Your Items

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us during business hours. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, dust bags, and documentation
  • Print and include the return authorization form
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return to the address provided in your Return Authorization email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size and color variations of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the same timeframe as returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund or exchange at no cost to you.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Golden Goose products. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase, we'll replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund.

International Returns

International customers can return items following the same guidelines, with these additional considerations:

Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year, provided they meet all other return conditions.

Gift Returns

  • Gift receipts are available upon request at checkout
  • All standard return conditions apply

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned without original packaging: 15% restocking fee
